Arrays
Three tools to batch process and analyse array genomic data: average and sort values by their reference, gather several arrays on one line per reference, and label an ordered list from your own database.
This tool averages and sorts a list of values by their reference. Values sharing a reference are grouped on one line, with their average, keeping the order of the references.
Paste here your data set to process:
- - Structure: <Gene name> ... <ORF ref> ... <value> (see the sample file).
- - The middle (ORF ref) column is used to sort and group the values, so their average can be calculated.
- - The first column is optional.
- - If you have several arrays, put all the values in a single pair of columns (ref + value).
Columns may be separated by tabs, semicolons, commas or several spaces. Values may use a decimal point or a decimal comma.
