Félix Lab Strain Database
Credits
This database is a collaborative effort. Please cite the lab and the resources above when you use strains or data from it.
- Strain collection and curation
- The strains, their genotypes and the collection records come from the Félix lab at IBENS (Institut de Biologie de l'École Normale Supérieure, PSL, Paris), whose work is centred on nematode evolution.
- Wild isolate sampling
- The wild isolates were collected in the course of the worldwide sampling of Caenorhabditis and Oscheius, from soil and from the rotting flowers, fruits and stems in which these nematodes live.
- Database and hosting
- Developed by AgileBio. Hosted on JustBio.com for the Félix lab.
- Photography
- Microscopy and substrate images are reproduced from the original strain database pages with the lab's permission.
Corrections and additions to the strain records are welcome: write to the strain collection and the curator of the database will update the record.
